Stays run from a few nights to several months. Past seven nights and again past twenty-eight nights the rate drops onto weekly and then monthly pricing, which is materially cheaper per night than nightly or hotel rates.
We bill the business rather than the individual, with itemised VAT receipts, monthly billing in advance on longer placements, and purchase order references on the invoice where your finance team requires them.
Every booking takes a refundable security deposit. We confirm the amount and the refund terms in writing before payment. This is a booking deposit rather than a tenancy deposit, so no tenancy deposit scheme applies.
