AV Property is a UK serviced accommodation operator based in Sittingbourne, Kent, working across London, the North West, the North East and beyond. Every home we advertise is one we prepare, clean and look after ourselves — so what a guest books is what they walk into.
On the guest side we host holiday and leisure trips, business travel, monthly and long stays, contractor crews, insurance and relocation stays. Bookings can be invoiced to a company, and every booking takes a refundable security deposit.
On the landlord side we offer full Airbnb and short-let management or a fixed guaranteed rent, with transparent fees published before anyone signs anything.
