No. The figure we quote is the figure you receive. There are no management fees, no commissions, no setup costs and no surprise deductions.
Nothing changes. You receive your full guaranteed rent on the same date every month regardless of occupancy. Voids are entirely our risk.
Anything caused by us or our guests is 100% our responsibility. For general property maintenance (the landlord's normal responsibility under any tenancy), we cover the first £250 a year as a goodwill gesture, then liaise with you on anything above that.
