What is serviced accommodation?
A fully furnished, professionally managed home let on a short-term basis with bills, Wi-Fi, linen and cleaning included. You get the space and facilities of a house or apartment with the convenience of a hotel booking.
Is serviced accommodation cheaper than a hotel?
For one night, usually not. From around three nights, and especially for two or more people, it normally is — you avoid per-person room rates, you can cook rather than eat out, and laundry is included instead of charged per item.
How long can you stay in serviced accommodation?
From a couple of nights to several months. Rates drop at seven nights and again at 28 nights, and there is no upper limit as long as the calendar is free.
Do serviced apartments include bills?
Yes. Gas, electricity, water, council tax and unlimited Wi-Fi are included in the rate at all our homes, so there is nothing to set up or settle at the end.
What is the difference between serviced accommodation and an Airbnb?
Airbnb is a booking platform; serviced accommodation is how a property is run. Our homes are on Airbnb, but they are managed professionally with consistent cleaning standards, compliance certification and a team you can reach directly — which is not guaranteed with every listing on a platform.
