Booking for a company

Send us the town, the dates, how many people are travelling and whether they can share a house. We come back with the homes that fit, the total cost and what is included, then hold the property while the booking is signed off internally.

A few nights upwards. Most corporate bookings we take run from one week to several months, and anything past 28 nights is priced monthly, which brings the nightly figure down considerably.

Often yes, including same week. Availability is the only limit — send the dates and we will tell you straight away what is free rather than putting you on a waiting list.

Yes. A large share of our guests are contractors, engineers, NHS and rail staff, project teams and relocating employees, booked either by the company or by the agency placing them.

Invoicing, VAT and payment

Yes. We invoice the business rather than the individual, with itemised invoices suitable for expenses and project cost codes. We can put a purchase order number on the invoice and send it to your accounts inbox.

First bookings are normally paid before arrival. For repeat corporate clients we agree standard terms in writing — typically payment on invoice at the start of each month of the stay.

UK VAT rules reduce the effective rate on continuous stays of more than 28 nights, so long bookings cost less per night than a short one at the same rate. Your invoice shows the treatment applied to your booking.

Yes. A refundable security deposit is required for all corporate bookings. It is not a tenancy deposit under a deposit protection scheme, and the amount is confirmed before anything is paid.

The homes and what's included

Yes, and it is usually the cheapest way to house a crew. Four to eight people can take a whole house with their own bedrooms, a full kitchen, a living room and laundry, for less than the same number of hotel rooms.

Yes. Gas, electricity, water, council tax and fast broadband are inside the quoted price, so there is one invoice to process rather than a stack of utility accounts.

Most homes have driveway or allocated parking, which matters for vans and pickups, and every home has a table or desk with reliable Wi-Fi for evening work and calls.

Self check-in at any hour with a keysafe or smart lock. There is no reception desk, so a 4am finish or a late flight is not a problem.

The home is professionally cleaned with fresh linen before arrival, and that is in the price. On longer bookings we arrange mid-stay cleans and linen changes, agreed up front and shown on the invoice.

Changes, cancellation and compliance

Tell us as early as you can and we hold the extra weeks at the same rate. If the home is booked after your dates, we move the team to another property nearby on the same terms.

Yes. Names on the booking can change as staff rotate on and off the project, as long as we know who is in the property.

Terms are set out in writing when you book and depend on how far ahead of arrival you cancel and how long the stay is. Projects move, so we are practical about date changes when the home can be re-let.

Gas safety certificates, electrical installation reports, PAT testing, fire risk assessment and public liability and professional indemnity cover. Procurement teams can have copies before the booking is signed off.
