Short term lets across the UK
Furnished houses and homes let by the week or the month — bills, council tax, Wi-Fi and cleaning included; no tenancy and no long commitment. A refundable security deposit applies. Book a fortnight or six months and extend if your plans change.
Short lets without a tenancy
A short term let with us is a booking, not an assured shorthold tenancy. There is no referencing and no six-month minimum; a refundable security deposit applies — which is why people between homes, on contract, relocating or waiting on a completion date use us instead of the standard rental market. Companies can be invoiced directly with receipts for expenses.
One figure, everything included
Gas, electricity, water, council tax, fast Wi-Fi, bedding, towels and a fully equipped kitchen are all inside the rate, with a scheduled clean and linen change on longer stays. Most homes are whole houses with several bedrooms, a washing machine and parking, so a family or a crew can genuinely live there.

Frequently asked questions
Any stay shorter than a standard tenancy — a few nights, a couple of weeks, a month, or several months. Ours are furnished homes booked like accommodation rather than rented on an assured shorthold tenancy.
Yes. Energy, water, council tax and fast broadband are inside the quoted rate, along with bedding, towels and a fully equipped kitchen.
A refundable security deposit is required for every booking, but there is no tenancy referencing or deposit-protection scheme. We take payment for the dates plus standard ID confirmation.
Materially cheaper. Once a stay passes 28 nights we switch to monthly pricing and the effective nightly figure drops well below the short-stay rate.
