We host companies placing staff, crews and contractors in London and invoice the business directly, with itemised receipts suitable for expenses and monthly billing on longer placements. One point of contact handles the booking, extensions and any swap between homes. Invoice terms are agreed when the booking is confirmed.
Most of what we host in and around London is a real house — several bedrooms, a full kitchen, a living room, a washing machine and usually parking. A crew of three to six can share one property at a fraction of the cost of separate hotel rooms, cook their own food and dry work clothing on site. Single-occupancy homes are available for managers and secondments.
We regularly host project and contract stays for people working at or near City of London, Major infrastructure, NHS trusts across the capital, Stratford, Croydon and other sites around London. Send the site postcode and shift pattern and we will confirm the closest homes free for your dates, with parking and early check-in where needed.
Stays are quoted for the exact dates. Past 28 nights, corporate bookings move onto monthly pricing with bills, council tax, Wi-Fi and a mid-stay clean included. Placements are extended routinely when a project overruns, and cancellations follow our standard 30 days notice.
We host in London and nearby at Dartford, Romford, Watford, Ilford, Bromley, so a team arriving at short notice can usually be placed within a short drive of the site. Every property is chosen within a short walk of the Tube, Overground, DLR or Elizabeth line, with fast links to the City, Canary Wharf and all major London airports.

Weekly and monthly rates are well below the nightly headline price, and booking with us means no platform booking fee. Send your dates and we'll confirm what's free, usually the same day.
Every home on this site is also listed on the big booking platforms. Coming to us directly gets you the same property with fewer fees and far more flexibility.
Booking sites add a guest service fee on top of the nightly rate. Book with us directly and that fee simply isn't there.

Yes. We hold public liability and professional indemnity insurance, gas safety, EICR, PAT and fire risk records, and we can supply the documents your procurement or compliance team needs.
Our standard notice is 30 days. Where a placement is cut short we will always try to move the dates or the people to another booking instead.
Yes. Homes have self check-in and we brief arriving staff by message beforehand, so late-shift and overnight arrivals are not a problem.
