How a company booking works
Send us the dates, the town, the headcount and how long the contract is expected to run. We come back with the homes that genuinely fit, a per-night and per-week rate, and a sample invoice if procurement wants to see the format first. Once you confirm, we raise the invoice to the business with your PO reference, and the traveller receives check-in details directly.
What the rate includes
Gas, electricity, water, council tax and unlimited Wi-Fi are all in the price, along with linen, towels and a professional clean between stays. Longer bookings get a mid-stay clean and fresh linen. There are no resort fees, no per-person charges and no utility set-up for anyone to arrange.
Site teams and rotations
For construction, utilities, rail, energy and healthcare crews, a whole house works out cheaper per head than separate rooms and keeps the team together. Van parking is free at most homes, names on a booking can change between rotations at no cost, and stays extend week by week where the calendar allows.
Relocation and assignment housing
For an employee moving city, a 30-night-plus stay gives them a real home while they find something permanent — no tenancy agreement, no furniture bill and nothing for HR to unwind if the assignment changes. A refundable security deposit applies.
Every photograph is a home we manage, shot as guests find it on arrival — no stock imagery and no staged sets.

Company booking questions
Yes. We raise an invoice to the business rather than taking a card from the traveller, include your purchase order or cost-centre reference on it, and email it to whichever accounts address you nominate.
We issue a proper itemised invoice for every company booking showing the stay dates, property address and amounts. Where VAT applies it is shown separately so your finance team can treat it correctly. Ask us for a sample invoice before you book if procurement needs to review the format.
Card or bank transfer up front for one-off bookings. For repeat corporate accounts we can agree payment on invoice terms once the first booking has completed.
Yes. We regularly block-book multiple homes for a single project, keeping crews within a few minutes of each other and on one consolidated invoice rather than a pile of individual hotel receipts.
Yes. Names on a booking can change between rotations at no charge, and we can extend a stay week by week where the calendar allows. Give us as much notice as you can and we will hold the property.
Public liability and professional indemnity insurance certificates, gas safety certificates, electrical and fire risk documentation for the specific property, and our complaints procedure. Everything is available on request before a contract is signed.
For a single traveller on one night a hotel is usually cheaper. From roughly three nights, and for any group of two or more, a whole home normally comes out lower per head because there are no per-person room rates, meals can be cooked in and laundry is included.
