A serviced apartment gives you a full home rather than a single room: a kitchen you can actually cook in, a living space to work or unwind, laundry, and space to spread out. For anything beyond two or three nights that usually works out both cheaper and more comfortable than a London hotel, especially for two or more people sharing.
We host contractors on rotation, professionals in London for a project, families visiting relatives, and people between homes mid-move. Stays run from a couple of nights to several months. Longer bookings get weekly and monthly rates automatically, and we can invoice a company directly where a booking is being expensed.
Every home we run is listed on Airbnb and Booking.com, but booking direct with us means you speak to the people who manage the property. Message us with your dates, headcount and rough area and we will tell you honestly whether we have something that fits — and if we do not, we will say so.

Weekly and monthly rates are well below the nightly headline price, and booking with us means no platform booking fee. Send your dates and we'll confirm what's free, usually the same day.
Every home on this site is also listed on the big booking platforms. Coming to us directly gets you the same property with fewer fees and far more flexibility.
Booking sites add a guest service fee on top of the nightly rate. Book with us directly and that fee simply isn't there.

Rates move with the season, the size of the home and how long you stay. Weekly and monthly stays are discounted against the nightly rate, and for stays of 28 nights or more the discount is significant. Message us with your dates for an exact figure.
Most homes take bookings from two nights, though some have longer minimums during busy periods. There is no maximum — plenty of our guests stay for several months.
Yes. Gas, electricity, water, council tax and unlimited Wi-Fi are all included in the rate. There are no separate utility bills or set-up charges to deal with.
For a single night, often not. From roughly three nights upwards it usually is, because you avoid per-person room charges, breakfast and restaurant costs, and you get a kitchen and laundry included.
