Most properties include free on-site driveway parking or unrestricted street parking. Each listing notes the parking arrangement, and the team will confirm capacity before you arrive — useful if multiple contractors are sharing.

Yes — we regularly accommodate project teams across nearby properties on the same street or estate. Tell us headcount, ideal walk distance and budget, and we'll group bookings under one contact.

Every business stay includes a desk, ergonomic chair and fibre broadband. Larger homes have multiple workstations so colleagues sharing aren't fighting for the kitchen table.

Direct bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival; inside 30 days the full booking amount remains payable. Bespoke terms are available for long-running project bookings and we confirm them in writing on your quote.

Three nights is the usual minimum for London business stays, but the value is in the longer bookings — weekly and monthly rates drop well below the equivalent hotel spend for the same number of people.

Yes. Several of our London homes sleep four to eight in separate bedrooms, so a crew books one property with one invoice and one contact instead of a block of hotel rooms.

Cancel more than 30 days before arrival and you get a full refund. Inside 30 days the booking is payable in full, so if a project date is still moving, tell us and we will talk through the dates before you confirm.

Yes. Company, insurer and relocation-agent bookings can be set up on invoice terms — we accept purchase orders and issue VAT invoices. We will confirm the terms with you when we quote.

Most of our London homes have free on-site or on-street parking. Tell us what you are driving — a van or a pickup sometimes needs a specific property — and we will match you to one that works.

Usually yes, and you would stay in the same property rather than moving. Let us know as early as you can and we will hold the dates; longer stays move onto weekly or monthly rates.
