Seven nights or more attracts a weekly rate, and 28 nights or more attracts a monthly rate with no VAT on the long-stay portion in most cases. Bills, Wi-Fi, linen and a mid-stay clean are inside the price, so what you are quoted is what the project pays.
A crew of four to eight can take a whole house rather than a corridor of separate rooms. You get one invoice, one point of contact and one set of keys, and the cost per head normally lands well under a budget hotel room each. Each person gets their own bed, and we will tell you honestly how the bedrooms are split before you book.
