Everything is already here: beds made up, kitchen equipped, linen and towels supplied, broadband live from the moment you walk in. Your belongings can stay in storage until the permanent place is ready, so you only move once properly.
Stays of 28 nights or more are priced monthly, with gas, electricity, water, council tax and broadband inside the figure. If your completion date moves again, tell us early and we will extend the same booking rather than making you pack twice.
Employers place transferring staff and new hires with us for the six to twelve weeks it takes to find something permanent. We invoice the company directly, quote in writing before anyone commits, and keep the standard identical across every home in the portfolio.
Our homes sit on ordinary residential streets rather than city-centre blocks, so viewings, school runs and the daily shop all work normally. Post can be redirected to the address for the length of the stay, and where a property has parking it comes with the booking at no extra cost.
Every photograph on this page is a home we manage, shot as guests find it on arrival — no stock imagery and no staged sets.
Weekly and monthly rates are well below the nightly headline price, and booking with us means no platform booking fee. Send your dates and we'll confirm what's free, usually the same day.
Every home on this site is also listed on the big booking platforms. Coming to us directly gets you the same property with fewer fees and far more flexibility.
Booking sites add a guest service fee on top of the nightly rate. Book with us directly and that fee simply isn't there.

No. It is a booking, not an assured shorthold tenancy — no referencing and no six-month commitment; a refundable security deposit applies. You book the dates you need and extend if plans change.

Yes. Gas, electricity, water, council tax, broadband and a mid-stay clean with fresh linen are all inside the rate, so there is nothing to set up or close down.
Yes. Send the billing entity, address and any purchase-order reference and we will invoice the company directly for bank transfer.
Tell us as soon as you know. Where the calendar allows we extend the same booking; if that home is taken we will move you to another nearby property.
Where the property has parking it is included in the rate — tell us if you need it and we will only offer homes that have it.
Not currently. Every home is non-smoking and no-pets, which we know rules us out for some households moving with animals.
