Long stays are priced monthly, not nightly. Once you are past 28 nights the rate drops sharply, and because gas, electricity, water, council tax, broadband and a mid-stay clean are already inside the figure, the monthly number is the whole cost of living there.
Relocating families waiting on a purchase to complete, professionals on a fixed-term contract, insurance policyholders out of a damaged home, and people renovating. All of them need a normal home rather than a hotel room, without signing a twelve-month tenancy for it.
There is no assured shorthold tenancy or referencing and no six-month minimum; a refundable security deposit applies. You book dates, you extend if your plans change, and you leave when the booking ends. That flexibility is the whole point of an extended stay.
All utilities, council tax, fast broadband, a fully equipped kitchen, washer-dryer, fresh linen and towels, and a scheduled clean with linen change during the stay. Maintenance is our problem, not yours, and it is handled the same day wherever we can.

There is no tenancy, so there is no notice period in the usual sense — you book the dates you need and extend them if plans change, subject to availability.
