When a home becomes uninhabitable, the alternative accommodation needs to be a real home rather than a hotel room — particularly for a family with school runs and a routine to keep. We take bookings and payment directly from insurers, adjusters and relocation agents, and we can provide the invoicing detail a claim needs.

Insurance & relocation housing — common questions
Yes. We can bill an insurer, loss adjuster, relocation agent or employer directly, with a purchase order or claim reference on the invoice.
Where the calendar allows, yes — tell us as early as possible and we will hold the dates.
Not currently. Our homes are non-smoking and no-pets, which we know is a limitation for some displaced households.
